OEM Flexible Ducting for Equipment Manufacturers
Custom flexible ducting for OEM equipment, with diameter, material, insulation, cuff and connection details reviewed against the operating application.

Custom Ducting for an Equipment Design
OEM flexible ducting should fit the actual equipment rather than a catalogue nominal size alone. Jouduct reviews airflow or conveyed material, operating temperature, pressure direction, available installation space, movement and interface geometry before recommending a construction.
Configuration Inputs for OEM Buyers
Send the inside diameter, working length, continuous and peak temperature, positive pressure or vacuum, medium, minimum bend radius and both end details. A drawing or photographs of the fan, heater, outlet or flange reduce avoidable revisions. For high-temperature flexible ducting, separate the air or gas temperature from external radiant heat and surface-contact conditions.
From Sample to Repeat Production
An OEM project may require a sample or first-article review before repeat supply. Confirm the material, reinforcement, cuff or flange detail, marking, packaging and inspection points before the batch is released. Do not treat one prototype as proof of performance in every operating condition; the equipment builder remains responsible for validation in the final system.
Related Ducting Families
Suitable constructions can include silicone fiberglass hot-air ducts, insulated flexible joints, 450 C or 800 C clip-on ducts, portable PVC ventilation ducts, metal ducting, and polyurethane material-handling hose. The selected product family depends on the duty, not on a keyword alone.
